Training and Development
Over the last 5 years Richard Coleman has embarked on a commitment to training his staff in all fields. Accreditation has recently been in Emergency Lighting to BS: 5266 and Fire Alarms to BS: 5839.
Confined spaces Training and Certification by Grimsby College of Technology, Hazardous areas and Petroleum spirits Certificate by PTF.

We continue to support and encourage our Apprenticeship scheme and train all of our apprentices to at least NVQ level 3.

Health and site safety is of paramount importance to Richard Coleman and his team, who have all been trained through "Passport to safety" courses and internal and external training packages.

R J Coleman (Electrical) Ltd is fully conversant with the Electricity at Work Act and Health and Safety procedures. Method statements and risk assessment can also be prepared for any project.

The company is fully insured and has Employer's Liability of £10 Million and Public Liability of £5 Million. All company vehicles are fully comprehensively insured.
Certificates of insurance can be inspected prior to the commencement of any project.
